Our commissionaires can be relied upon to co-ordinate other employees. This can involve calling upon the services of parking attendants to safely park and collect vehicles, and liaison with porters to unload and carry luggage and direct clients to the appropriate part of your property. In order to carry out these tasks, all of our commissionaires have excellent communication and organisational skills.

In addition to these duties, our commissionaires can be relied upon to:

Open vehicle doors on arrival.

  • Hail taxis.

  • Use an umbrella to keep guests dry

  • Answer questions from visitors.

  • Help less able or elderly people.

In keeping with our company policy, all our front of house commissionaires are fully SIA licensed.

Professional security door staff:

  • We provide security operatives who meet the highest criteria, when interacting with your clients and members of the public. Customer service is paramount for our door staff. Usually situated at the property's main entrance, our commissionaires deliver superior customer service. They welcome guests and customers as they arrive and ensure they leave the building safely.

Professional Appearance:

  • Static security guards ensure your staff are obeying the rules and regulations laid down by your company. This can be anything from enforcing the no smoking policy, to safeguarding the physical and intellectual property of your organisation.
