Film First Security Ltd started with a melding of minds and ideas.  Out with the old and in with the new.  The Film industry is small and some of you reading this will already know us and those that don't can read on.

Tom Forsyth • Finance director

Tom has been in the film business for over 20 years and since 2007 was in charge of finance and overseeing the day-to-day running of his last company. Tom has also worked on many projects both as a unit manager, site supervisor and operative including The Golden Age, Batman, Harry Potter, Nanny McPhee, Johnny English, Sherlock Holmes, Closed Circuit, Great Expectations, Fantastic Beasts and many more.

Tom felt the need to move on from the old company and take all his experience to build a new company from the ground up with new partners. Taking the best of the old and merging it with the new.

Colin is that friendly face you want when you walk onto set in the morning!  As a Director at FFS Ltd he is the steady arm in what are sometimes fraught times, always the calm in the storm. His experience on so many shoots over the years brings a wealth of experience to the table.  He has played a key roll in many blockbuster movies and TV programs over the years, Films include-James Bond, Wolfman, Harry Potter, pirates of the Caribbean, Batman Begins, Red Il, Now You See me Il, Ex Machina, fantastic Beasts and where to find them. TV- Derek, Crackanory, Man Down, A touch of cloth, The John Bishop Show - The list goes on, his experience is vast and he is a key asset on any production.

Toby Cook • strategic director

An experienced location manager for many years, Toby has cut his teeth and worked his way from the bottom up. Having spent several years working on sets in the AD department, he then did 6 years at The Film Office as a Film Liaison Officer running Hackney, Islington & Tower Hamlets.  Following his time at The Film Office he started working his way up the Location Dept working in Film, TV & Commercial Industries.  He then Founded & headed up a Location Agency called 22 Locations. Working here gave him the MD experience he needed to move on (he’s still a founding Partner at 22). Then a few years ago he made the jump to Strategic Director at Film First Security - His industry and MD experience rounds the Team up!
